TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. COVID-19 / CORONAVIRUS
In the current unprecedented times I (the Hirer) agree to abide by the guidelines set out by the Government in relation to gatherings and will unsure that my workers and I comply with the appropriate safety measures (e.g. Use of PPE and maintaining social distancing).
2. PRICE & PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking and will be requested by the company or its booking agents on an individual event basis. The remaining full balance is to be paid on or prior to the services, via cashor credit/debit card. We cannot accept cheque payments at delivery. We can accept payment via BACS, however these payments must be showing as cleared before the commencement of the service.
If the customer defaults on payment the company reserves the right to place the matter in the hands of their debt recovery agents, without prior warning in writing, and shall be entitled to a full reimbursement of any fees paid to the debt recovery agents to aid recovery of money outstanding to the Company.

4. UNDERGROUND SERVICES
It is the Hirers responsibility to provide the company with the location of any underground services (gas, water, electricity etc.) that could be damaged by the gazebo fixing spikes. The Hirer will be responsible for any costs associated with the repair to unidentified services.
5. WEATHER
If extreme weather is forecast during the hire period, we have the right to decline the erection and use of the structure. This is for the safety of all concerned. A wind management plan will be discussed with the hirer and it is their responsibility to ensure this is followed. The Company monitors the wind forecast daily and if the wind exceeds the levels deemed safe, we will contact the hirer and give advice on the steps to be taken. If the wind management plan is not followed correctly the hirer will be liable for any damages, claims by third parties or costs as a result of this not being followed. The hirer will be liable for the full hire fees in the event of late cancellation due to adverse weather, Hirers must be aware of this possibility especially during winter months.
6. DAMAGE
Any equipment found damaged or missing during the hire period will be repaired or replaced at the hirers expense. No items or objects should be stuck to, fixed to, or suspended from the gazebo sides, roof or framework. If tape is used on the gazebo structure a minimum charge of £20 will be levied for cleaning any residue.
7. GAZEBO STRUCTURE
When the gazebo has been erected and all of the exits or openings agreed, this should not be altered or tampered with in any way as this may render the structure unsafe. The hirer should contact the company if they require any amendments to be made.
8. FLOORING OR GROUND
The hires surface must be suitable flat in order to safely secure the gazebo. It can be set up on grass, decking and concrete surfaces. The hirer should arrange to level the surfaces as much as possible prior to the gazebo erection. If the gazebo build is delayed or cancelled due to the site being ill prepared this may result in loss of the booking deposit and the company cannot be held liable. The company advises sending pictures of the surfaces and area before the service.
9. SAFETY
For the safety of all concerned, the hirer may not enter the structure during the time the gazebo is being built. The company cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage sustained by the public in or around the gazebo during the hire period. Under no circumstances should hirer alter or tamper with any equipment following installation. The hirer should discuss any safety concerns with the company after setting up, before the company leaves the premises.
10. FURNITURE
The company will place all furniture inside the completed Gazebo. It is the hirer’s responsibility to arrange the layout of tables, chairs etc. All furniture will be counted in and out with any shortages or damages charge to the hirer.
11. HIRERS RESPONSIBILITY
The hirer is responsible for signing a completed safety checklist after consultation with the company once the Gazebo has been installed, and in signing the checklist agree to abide by any instructions given. If the hirer is not present to sign the safety checklist two company representatives will do this on their behalf and a copy will be left for the hirers reference.
The hirer shall not use cooking equipment, lighting or electrical appliances or decorate the interior/exterior on the gazebo without prior consent from the Company. Any damage/soiling resulting in such use that may require repair or cleaning will be charged to the hirer.
12. CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
In any instance where the hirer needs to cancel, they must call the company on telephone number 07860673147 and inform a member of staff in person, emails and voicemails informing us of cancelation are not acceptable. The customer must take note of the staff member that they are giving cancellation instructions to and must supply an email address to which a written confirmation of cancellation will be sent. If the customer cannot provide evidence of this procedure being followed, they may be liable for the full cost of their hire.
